In 2014, Toppick Investments was allocated a 3,600-hectare piece of virgin land under Zimbabwe’s Land Reform and Resettlement Programme.
This land, located at Subdivision 2 of Lot 10 of Jopembi West, Zhovhe area in Beitbridge District, became home to what is now Marema Citrus Estate — a modern agricultural hub built on innovation, resilience, and sustainability.
Strategically positioned 70 km west of Beitbridge Town, Marema benefits from proximity to Zhovhe Dam, ensuring a steady and reliable source of irrigation water year-round.

To strengthen our operational reliability, in 2022 we upgraded our electricity substation from 315kVA to 750kVA, significantly improving our power supply capacity.
In line with our sustainability goals, plans are underway to establish a solar power plant to further reduce dependence on the national grid and mitigate high energy costs from ZETDC.
